Young people experiencing a legal problem are at risk of social exclusion, financial hardship, physical and mental illness and homelessness if their problem is not resolved.
The aim of this module is to educate young people on their basic legal rights (most notably in three “domains”: being at school, online and “on the street”) and empower them to seek assistance for their problems. At the completion of this module, students should understand an overview of their basic rights and where to turn for help.
This module is appropriate for students aged between 13-18 years in Victoria.
