Age of criminal responsibility

This module addresses Part I of the Crime Core, Part 5. It focuses on the age of criminal responsibility, issues surrounding the age of criminal responsibility & the rights of children when questioned or arrested. It also addresses the effectiveness of the criminal justice system when dealing with young offenders insofar as the age of criminal responsibility and doli incapax is concerned.
